At the end of this project, it is expected that the participation rate of female students from each partner school to STEM
activities and practices will increase by 25%. It is expected that female students' interests and attitudes towards STEM
careers will differ significantly. At the same time, teachers participating in the project will gain knowledge and experience on
STEM Career Guidance, document these experiences with Europass, and plan and continue career guidance studies in
their own schools.
